Shipping policy
We use DHL International Express or FedEx services. You can check the status of your order at any time on your account page. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Milan – ITALY.
Below is a summary of the shipping options:

Delivery times: 1-2 business days with FedEX Express service.
Order deadline: Order by 3:00 PM and your order will ship the same business day (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded).
UK / EUROPE
EXPRESS COURIER: € 20

Delivery times: 1-2 business days with DHL International Express service.
Order deadline: Order by 3:00 PM and your order will be shipped the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Customs information for the United Kingdom: Due to recent trade negotiations related to Brexit, national VAT and local carrier fees may be applied upon arrival of goods in the United Kingdom. These amounts are calculated based on the value of the products, which by law we are required to declare in full. Payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
Failed pickup:In case of failed package pickup, the recipient will be charged with the return shipping costs plus any import taxes.
USA

Order deadline: Place your order by 3:00 PM and it will be shipped the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Customs information: Upon arrival of goods in the USA, national VAT and local carrier fees may be applied, calculated based on the actual value of products declared on the invoice. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
NOTES / IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
Customs Duties and Import Taxes: Local customs authorities may apply customs duties and import taxes. By law, we are required to declare the total transaction value for all packages. Local duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on behalf of customs authorities.
Returns and Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
High-Value Shipments: If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returns.
Customs Charges on Returns: We will not accept any customs charges resulting from the return of items. Should we incur import duties on a return, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Excluded Countries: We do not sell our products in the following countries: Brazil, South Korea, and Russia. Please consult our Reseller list to find your local distributor.
